Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using iFileSender ("we", "our", or "the Service"), accessible at ifilesender.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all terms, please do not use the Service.
Description of the Service
iFileSender provides a web-based, peer-to-peer file transfer coordination utility that facilitates direct data communication between two user-controlled web browsers. Normal file transfers travel directly between the participating devices without intermediate file hosting or storage by iFileSender.
User Responsibilities and Lawful Use
You agree to use iFileSender only for lawful purposes. You are solely responsible for all content, files, data, and communications transferred through your use of the Service. You agree NOT to use the Service to transfer:
- Any illegal content, child exploitation material, or content that promotes violence or harm.
- Malicious software, viruses, spyware, trojans, or destructive code.
- Content that infringes upon copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other intellectual property rights of third parties without proper authorization.
- Files intended to harass, defraud, defame, or violate the privacy of any individual.

The iFileSender website, design, logo, code, and documentation are protected by intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties
iFileSender is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that file transfers will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every browser version or network configuration.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, iFileSender and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, file corruption, transmission failure, or business interruption arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Users are encouraged to maintain independent backups of all important files.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of iFileSender after updates constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
